Eles desempenham um papel fundamental na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de futuros sustent\u00e1veis para as florestas e comunidades que dependem delas. Nossas pesquisas contribu\u00edram para:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Demonstrar o papel social do fogo para as comunidades ind\u00edgenas e tradicionais, incluindo agricultores familiares, ribeirinhos e extrativistas<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Apresentar solu\u00e7\u00f5es para a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jstor.org\/stable\/26270164\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">transi\u00e7\u00e3o de usos da terra<\/a> com maior renda e benef\u00edcios ambientais<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Orientar caminhos para que as <a href=\"https:\/\/besjournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/full\/10.1111\/1365-2664.13690\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reservas de uso sustent\u00e1vel<\/a> possam ser apoiadas na redu\u00e7\u00e3o de riscos de megainc\u00eandios florestais frente \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas.<\/li><\/ul><p>Trabalhando junto com as comunidades locais, gestores de reservas, entre outros atores relevantes, buscamos avan\u00e7ar na constru\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta de solu\u00e7\u00f5es justas e equitativas para a atual crise socioambiental amaz\u00f4nica. Acreditamos que os di\u00e1logos cont\u00ednuos entre as v\u00e1rias partes interessadas em conjunto com a pesquisa ecol\u00f3gica e social podem apoiar novas abordagens para resolver esses problemas.
